SMARTY April Fools’ Day Blog Post.
After writing my first post for SMARTY, I was quickly challenged with something a little more SEO and fun. In an effort to generate more OffSite Traffic to the new website, there was an interest to create a post for April Fools’ Day.
Luckily with an office full of smartphones, we were quite up to date on the latest pranks you can play using them. The trouble was sensitising them to ensure that consumers that decided to take part in such jokes would not experience cost (unless it was an app download) or serious damage to their device. As such, I worked with both the requesting team at SMARTY and our legal department to siphon a suitable list of smartphone gags.
